Adrian Butler

Adrian Butler is a CIO / CTO / Board Member recognized as a strategic business partner with consistent success driving technology innovations to transform large, global organizations up to $100B in revenues and budget accountability of $300M while leading cross functional global teams at Fortune 50 level. As an experienced and skilled professional, Adrian uses an entrepreneurial approach to strategically transform organizational effectiveness and adaptability in challenging environments through identification and implementing new technologies, influence at CEO and Board level, and ability to recruit, lead and develop cohesive, world class teams. Adrian is known for operational excellence leading design, application development, and delivery of an entire technology environment as a significant part of transforming the business from idea stage to fully operational state, he has developed an IT governance model which accelerated integration of new technologies/capabilities into the organization portfolio and directed design, development and implementation for the roll-out of a web based commerce site. Adrian has worked with French National Accor S.A, directly accountable for infrastructure, security, and market operations in North America with direct partnerships in Europe, South America and Australia. He has acted as a Business Partner, Senior IT Executive on Franchise Advisory Board directing key IT decisions also serving on Franchise Divisional Operations Committee, reduced annual costs by revamping overall network system architecture and created/ implemented network operations center allowing the company to cancel outsourcing contract, realize significant savings. Adrian holds a BS, an MBA, and a Doctorate of Management degree. As well as serving on various boards, he is the recipient of numerous awards such as Los Angeles Business Journal CIO of the Year, CIO Magazine CIO 100, and Computerworld “Premier 100 IT leaders.”
