Accor Org Chart & Organizational Structure
Accor's organizational structure is headed by Chairman and CEO Sebastien Bazin, with Jean-Jacques Morin serving as CEO of Premium, Midscale, and Economy and Group Deputy CEO. The Group's leadership encompasses several key functions. Within Finance, Group CFO Martine Gerow leads the function, with support from CFO Romain LATIMIER, Delphine Chassagnac (CFO, Orient Express), and Pierre Boisselier (CFO, Luxury & Lifestyle Division). The Information Technology function is led by Group CIO Paul Braida, under the broader direction of Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer and Group Executive Committee member. IT-related sub-functions include Digital Transformation and Innovation, with Alix Boulnois representing this area; IT Service Management (ITSM), where Yannick A. serves as Executive Director for Europe & North Africa; Data Management and Analytics, with Executive Director Alain Pham (CRM & Data) and Chief Data Officer Jean-François Guilmard; and IT Procurement, represented by Elisabeth Lespinet, Executive Director, Indirect IT Procurement. In Sales, Pascal Visintainer holds the role of Global Chief Sales Officer, with Julien Houdebine as Chief Sales and Revenue Officer. Gilda Perez-Alvarado serves as Group Chief Strategy Officer within the Strategy function. Markus Keller acts as COO for Sofitel MGallery & Emblems in the Operations function. Coline Pont is the Group Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Committee member for Sustainability and ESG. Laura Cerny serves as Group Chief Compliance Officer in the Compliance function.
