Have incubated and successfully launched new businesses, product categories, brands from ground up - Taneira (Handwoven sarees), Skinn fragrances, Fastrack sunglasses, Helios - watch retail chain, to name a few. Stints across diverse Line functions like Retail, Distribution, Product, Brand building, Sourcing and Supply chain, have shaped me into a well rounded business leader. As a CXO have enjoyed leading strategy, policy, partnering, enabling innovation and building resilience.I am passionate about intrapreneurship, mentoring, teaching and believe that 'learning' is the fuel that keeps me going.
