Titan Company Limited is organized into six primary job functions: Manufacturing, Marketing, Information Technology, Sustainability and ESG, Human Resources, and Finance. The company is led by a team of executives reporting to the Managing Director, Ajoy Chawla. The Chief Executive Officer role is shared by Kuruvilla Markose, who leads the Watches division; Manish Gupta, CEO of Fragrances, Bags, and Corporate Business Group; Raghavan N S, Chief Executive Officer; and arun narayan, CEO of the Jewellery division. The Information Technology function is headed by Ruma Kishore, Chief Digital and Information Officer. Under her leadership, the Digital Transformation and Innovation sub-function includes Srinivas Potukuchi, Chief Digital Officer for the Jewellery Division; Sivaramakrishnan P, Chief Digital Officer for the Eyewear Division; Krishnan Venkateswaran, Chief Digital Officer; and Vin Palat, Chief Digital Officer for the Watches Division. The Manufacturing function is represented by Sanjay Ranawade, Chief Manufacturing Officer for the Tanishq Jewellery Division. The Marketing function includes Somprabh Singh, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer; Kalpana Rangamani, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Premium and Luxury Watches; Kawaljit Singh Ghai, Chief Retail and Marketing Officer for Montblanc; Rrahul Shuklla, Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer; and Ranjani Krishnaswamy, Chief Marketing Officer for Analog Watches. Sridhar N E serves as Chief Sustainability Officer under the Sustainability and ESG function. Swadesh Behera holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer in Human Resources, while Ashok Sonthalia is the Group Chief Financial Officer in Finance.
