Adobe Org Chart & Organizational Structure

At Adobe, the organizational structure is led by Shantanu Narayen, who serves as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Under the CEO, several key functions and business units operate, each with dedicated leadership. Within the Information Technology function, Cynthia (Cindy) Stoddard holds the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Reporting to her are several divisional CIOs and IT leaders: Lucy Annabelle serves as Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Information Officer; Bailey Szeto is Divisional Chief Information Officer for Digital Media; and George Kuan, PhD, is Vice President for Adobe Experience Cloud, Global Marketing, and Divisional Chief Information Officer. Under the Enterprise Architecture sub-function, Ely Greenfield serves as Chief Technology Officer for Digital Media. The Information Security sub-function is led by Aanchal Gupta, Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer, with Roma Wadhi Ghai reporting to her as Global Director of Employee Experience, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer. In Operations, Anil Chakravarthy serves as President of Digital Experience Business and Worldwide Field Operations, with Bob Yang reporting to him as Chief Operating Officer for Worldwide Enterprise Field Operations. The Finance function is headed by Dan Durn as Chief Financial Officer; under him, the Corporate Finance sub-function includes Steven Day, who serves as CFO and Senior Vice President for the Digital Experience Business Unit and Corporate Finance. In Compliance, Joanna Warren holds the title of Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Additionally, in Human Resources, Paulo Gabriel S. serves as Executive Director of Human Resources. David Wadhwani serves as President of Digital Media under the CEO's office, and Leeny Oberg is a Board Member under the CEO as well.
