As CTO of Adobe’s Digital Media business, I believe the future of creativity lies in human imagination, amplified by AI that is safe, transparent, and powerful enough to make the impossible feel effortless. I’m drawn to the 0→1 moments. I love the uncertain beginnings where a spark of innovation has to turn into a product, a team, and eventually an operating system that can scale. I’ve been fortunate to help build those bridges: from early-stage experiments to global systems used by millions, and from small research groups to teams that shape the future of creative tools. What I’ve learned along the way is that technology only takes you so far. It’s leadership and culture that decide whether bold ideas survive. I believe in teams that trust each other, have clarity, and know how their work connects to something bigger. And I’ve seen again and again that when you give people that foundation, they’ll surprise you with what they can create. I like turning hard problems into solutions that actually ship and love the moment when an impossible idea suddenly feels inevitable. And I deeply believe the magic of AI isn’t just in the algorithms, but in the people who bring them to life together.
