View LinkedIn ProfileExecutive Overview
I lead Global Digital Product Management at Ford, where I am responsible for delivering digital products and services to both retail and commercial customers worldwide. My team defines and builds experiences that live across Ford’s entire portfolio: in-vehicle cockpit and infotainment (IVI), advanced driver assistance and BlueCruise, electrification platforms, FordPass, Ford Pro Intelligence, Safety & Security, and subscription services. The scope is broad, the responsibility is global, and the mission is clear — to create connected products that customers love, trust, and return to. This means working end-to-end, from defining customer needs and shaping platforms, to delivering intuitive, lovable products at scale. At the heart of my leadership philosophy is a simple principle: UX first, tech second. Every decision — whether about AI assistants in the cabin or fleet intelligence platforms — must serve the customer experience, build long-term trust, and deliver measurable impact. Before Ford, I founded and led John Deere Labs in San Francisco, driving innovation in precision agriculture software. There, I brought automation, artificial intelligence, and Silicon Valley-style experimentation into one of the world’s most complex and critical industries. That work shaped how technology could scale into real-world systems, empowering farmers to make data-driven decisions that changed outcomes in the field. Earlier, I was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 500 companies on corporate strategy, digital ecosystems, and shareholder value creation. I began my career in investment banking with Scotiabank, focused on energy and mergers & acquisitions — giving me a strong foundation in corporate finance, total shareholder return strategy, and dealmaking. Across automotive, agriculture, industrials, and finance, the throughline of my career is clear: I help industries in transition reinvent themselves through technology, strategy, and customer-first design. Specialties: Connected Vehicles, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), Digital Ecosystems, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Automation, Analytics, Farm Management Systems, Industrial Goods, HVAC, Corporate Strategy, Ecosystem Strategy, Corporate Finance, M&A.
