I lead Ford’s global digital product management organization, responsible for shaping the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital experiences for retail and commercial customers across every market. My scope spans the full suite of Ford’s connected products and services, including: • In-Vehicle Experiences: Cockpit, infotainment (IVI), and human–machine interfaces (HMI) that make driving intuitive, safe, and delightful. • Advanced Capabilities: BlueCruise and ADAS platforms, delivering hands-free driving and advanced safety features. • Digital Ecosystems: FordPass and Ford Pro Intelligence, enabling personalized mobility, fleet optimization, and data-driven services. • Growth Platforms: Subscriptions, Safety & Security, and electrification services that drive long-term customer relationships and revenue. I partner across Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver products that scale globally, serve millions of customers, and define the next chapter of mobility. My focus is on building platforms that anticipate customer needs, deepen loyalty, and position Ford as a leader in connected services worldwide.
