As President, Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer of ServiceNow, I lead the company's transformation into an AI-native enterprise platform. My organization of more than 15,000 people spans product, engineering, design, operations, security and Now on Now, and since I joined in October 2024 we've delivered agentic AI solutions that helped ServiceNow surpass $1 billion in AI annual contract value in 2026. We've expanded into data and analytics, cybersecurity, customer service and employee experience through product development and acquisitions, and introduced autonomous IT to extend our leadership in technology workflows.Before ServiceNow, I was Vice President, General Manager and Head of Platform at Google Cloud, part of the leadership team that grew it into the fourth-largest enterprise software company in the world, increasing annualized revenue more than fivefold, from $7 billion to $41 billion, while improving operating margins by more than 70 percentage points. Earlier, I spent 24 years at Oracle, where as Executive Vice President I led Cloud Infrastructure, Middleware, Java and Analytics, a business of more than $6 billion in annual revenue.Over three decades in enterprise software, I've built and scaled multibillion-dollar businesses, led the acquisition and integration of more than 40 companies, and guided teams through successive technology shifts. I grew up in India and have worked in Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States, and that global perspective shapes how I build products, teams and businesses.I serve as an independent director on the board of Broadridge Financial Solutions and advise the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UT Austin, where I earned my B.S. in ECE. I also hold an M.S. in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon.
