I build first-of-its-kind digital, data, and AI capabilities, and the global organizations that make them real. I believe the hardest transformations require both high IQ and high EQ, turning complex problems into durable systems that help people and businesses evolve.At Mars Snacking, I serve as the first Global VP and Chief Data Officer, reinventing the digital, data, and AI ecosystem as part of Destination 2030. The mandate spanned global teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and MEA, and included co-sponsoring the Data, AI, and Digital Foundations for the Mars–Kellanova integration.Before Mars, I established Intel’s Corporate Data Office and helped build sustainable enterprise-wide data and AI capabilities, from resolving a board-level data audit to launching the AI Everywhere initiative that strengthened data and AI fluency across the company. Earlier roles at Deloitte and EY shaped my perspective through high-stakes transformations across the Fortune 100 and reinforced how I lead: clear operating models, disciplined execution, and a deep focus on the human dimension.Across these roles, my work has centered on modernizing global platforms, strengthening governance and AI risk management, and building two CDAO organizations at Fortune 50 scale. I advise boards and audit committees on data strategy, AI risk, and technology investment, and was ranked #3 on DataIQ’s Global Top 100 Data and AI Leaders.What I enjoy most is building capabilities, organizations, and leaders that work at scale. I thrive where technically complex problems meet human ones.Outside of work, I’m a father of two boys and enjoy being actively involved in the things they love.
