As head of Air India's Digital & Technology organization, have twin responsibilities — owning Air India’s digital channels (web, mobile app, notifications, GenAI virtual agent, in-flight-entertainment systems and APIs) and helping all our departments (commercial, operations, engineering, finance, HR, customer experience) deploy technologies to delight our guests and achieve operational excellence, drawing upon 30+ years of software engineering, product management and business leadership experience in the United States and India. Member of Air India's Management Council that is driving what the Economist magazine called 'the Everest of corporate turnarounds'. Inducted by IATA in to the Steering Group of its Digital Transformation Advisory Council (DTAC) that works on matters related to digital transformation of the global aviation industry and aviation industry data.
