Oversee the teams responsible for deciding where our aircraft fly, the frequency, type of aircraft and setting the fare levels. I am also responsible for our corporate real estate organization, airline alliances group, marketing and innovation divisions and sit on the executive committee of Alaska Airgroup.

As the Chief Information Security Officer at Alaska Airlines since 2022, I spearhead comprehensive information security initiatives, overseeing both technological safeguards and governance protocols to safeguard critical data and systems. My role entails ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards such as PCI, as well as industry-specific compliance and conformance requirements set by TSA and FAA. At the helm of a dedicated team of cybersecurity professionals, I provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching to foster their development. Additionally, I serve as a Board Member for the Aviation 4 America Cybersecurity Council and the Aviation-ISAC, actively contributing to industry-wide efforts to enhance cybersecurity practices and resilience.
