Most recently, I was Senior Executive Vice President, Human Resources, for AT&T, where I created and executed global human resources strategy to transform internal operating culture, workforce practices, organizational culture, talent acquisition and retention, and total rewards. Previously, I was Executive Vice President, Global Chief Human Resources Officer, for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. In this role, I developed and led the global HR strategy acquire, retain and grow talent across the portfolio of Turner businesses. Throughout my career, I have proven my ability to identify and lead HR improvement opportunities that drive growth, increase service levels, utilize technology and standardize processes. I’m known for analyzing operations, creating vision and leading strategic execution to optimize results while improving employee performance, experience and retention.
