• Serve as CISO for FirstNet (2024-present), the nationwide public safety broadband network designated as national critical infrastructure, aligning with NIST SP 800-53 and driving resilience in mobility and public sector security. • Previously served as CISO for Cricket Wireless (2022-2024), a mobility subsidiary regulated under financial services frameworks such as NYDFS, where I led security transformation programs, resilience initiatives, and contributed to executive and board-level communications. • Led enterprise-wide security initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. • Enabled AT&T influence in standards bodies (ATIS, 3GPP, OASIS) through strategic team leadership. • Directed AT&T’s quantum innovation program, spanning quantum-resilient cryptography, quantum communication, quantum annealing, and quantum computing alignment. • Advanced AI governance and security practices, aligning with ISO/IEC 42001- Identifying control needs and gaps, leading the implementation and validation of controls and effectiveness validation. • Oversaw contract hardening, control implementation, post-breach remediation, and resilience initiatives across AT&T’s portfolio.

With an organizational structure of 16 directors reporting to the COO Responsible to perform all duties of the CEO in cases of unavailability, is an the Ex-Officio Chair of all Committees created by the board, coordinate all operational activities, publication and maintenance of operating procedures and guidelines, main point of contact for local organizational units with respect to programs and operational procedures, provide oversight and vetting of partner organizations, charities and service opportunities.
