Global Program Development: Supervise a team of 15 from the United States, China, and India, and manage a $10M budget across 4 programs, that have reached over 26,000,000 people including digital access and STEM initiatives. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) oversight: Responsible for ESG strategy including company-wide targets, such as net-zero global emissions and the publication of the annual Sustainability report, as well as engaging with investors and other key stakeholders on these issues. Corporate Social Responsibility: Lead responsibility strategy and program development/execution, incorporating business objectives with company vision and regional needs. Public Speaking: Deliver speeches to audiences of up to 700; present strategic action plans and progress reports to internal C-level executives. Employee Engagement: Devise outreach projects to spread awareness of STEM projects and corporate responsibility to full-time staff/volunteers. Building Coalitions: Collaborate with government entities to tackle pressing challenges. For example, worked with Moroccan Ministry of Health to expand the Mobile Ultrasound Patrol Program and reduce maternal mortality. Team Leadership: Empowered program teams to select scalable grants, cultivate global partnerships, and collaborate with local governments, doubling impact of Wireless Reach. Stakeholder Engagement: Served as executive producer for Power of 9—a documentary featuring 3 Qualcomm programs. Hosted a viewing at the UN foundation in Washington, DC, to raise awareness. Change Management: Integrated 4 programs under a single umbrella following a 50% budget reduction, optimizing resource/capital use to maintain efficacy.
