Motorola Solutions' organizational structure is led by Greg Brown, who serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the company is organized into several key functions, including Finance, Facility Management, Operations, Compliance, Information Technology, and Strategy. The Finance function is overseen by Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jason Winkler. Reporting to him are Ricardo Barbosa (Head of Finance for Latin America), Jim Gentile (Senior Director of Finance and CFO for Latin America Government and Enterprise), and Gustavo Fernandez (CFO for Latin America). Within Facility Management, the Property Management sub-function includes Dino Kokkines, who serves as Controller of Finance for the Chief Innovation Office and Corporate Real Estate. The Operations function is led by Jack Molloy, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In the Compliance function, Terry Bell holds the position of Vice President, Chief Ethics Officer, Compliance Officer, and Data Privacy Officer, with Irene Amu serving as Senior Director, Data Protection Officer, and Privacy under him. The Information Technology function is headed by Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Mahesh Saptharishi. Under him, Samir Daiya serves as Chief Information Officer, overseeing the Information Security function and its Data Privacy & Security sub-function, which includes Terry Bell and Irene Amu in their respective compliance and privacy roles. Finally, the Strategy function is led by Chief Strategy Officer Rajan Naik, Ph.D.
