Over the course of my nearly 30-year career with Motorola Solutions, I have managed and scaled global businesses, transformed organizations and launched innovative technology solutions. It has been a privilege to help drive, through numerous strategic acquisitions and business integrations, our corporate evolution over the past decade, as we’ve grown from a provider of mission-critical communications to a global leader in public safety and enterprise security. I am proud of who we are today -- a company that makes communities and businesses safer each and every day. As the son of a police officer and a career-long Motorolan, my commitment to public safety agencies is both personal and professional. It has been my honor to serve on the board of the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, and I currently support Major City Chiefs and the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF).
