Anil Pawar

Anil is an Indian technologist and deep-tech CxO who has spent 27+ years building sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure at the frontier — from enterprise platforms to GPU-scale AI factories to agentic AI systems — across India, the Gulf, and Africa. In 2025, Anil joined Sirius DigiTech, an Adani Group-backed, sovereign cloud and AI company, and was appointed COO/CBO, where he architected and delivered the full AI Factory stack: GPU Cloud, a silicon-neutral, multi-tenant AI Factory control plane; Agentic Studio, GCC and India's first sovereign agentic AI platform targeting a $2B+ market; and Token Factory, a high-throughput inference engine. That technology is now embedded inside Largest GPU AI Cloud Provider in Abu Dhabi — a sovereign AI infrastructure company serving 15+ governments and expanding across three continents. Before Adani Sirius DigiTech, Anil served as Chief AI Officer at Yotta Infrastructure, where he conceived and scaled Shakti Cloud from inception to ₹1,800+ Cr in revenue — India's sovereign GPU AI Factory, powered by 8,000+ NVIDIA H100 GPUs. Under his leadership, Shakti earned India's only designation as NVIDIA's APAC Exemplar Cloud, became one of only 6 NVIDIA Cloud Partners globally, secured the India AI Mission government mandate, and established strategic partnerships with IITs, Indian Sovereign Model Builders, and Microsoft Azure AI on sovereign infrastructure. In parallel, Anil serves as Advisor to Group CTO of Adani Group — one of India's three largest conglomerates — driving AI and cloud strategy across the enterprise portfolio at the highest levels of organisational leadership. Over two decades prior, he built deep expertise in virtualisation, enterprise networking, and large-scale government technology delivery — the infrastructure foundation that underpins every platform he has since built. Anil operates at the intersection of deep-tech product architecture, full P&L ownership, and sovereign market strategy. He believes the leaders who understand both the business architecture and the technology architecture — and can translate fluidly between them — will define the coming decade of AI. He is an active voice on sovereign AI governance, GPU infrastructure economics, and India-GCC technology cooperation, and a committed advocate for the principle that infrastructure sovereignty is a strategic imperative — for nations and regulated enterprises alike.
