Executive Overview
I have been Capgemini’s Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Group Executive Board since July 2020. I previously held similar HR positions in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and in financial services, where I’ve led large, international and global teams with diverse cultures. I am also very familiar with the consulting sphere since I started my career in consulting after graduating from Sciences Po Strasbourg and IAE Paris. In addition, I am currently the Lead Independent Director of Nexans’ Board of Directors. These are exciting times to be part of a global leader in digital transformation. Our business is a people business, and I view my team’s role as attracting, retaining and empowering our 350 000 employees so they can find innovative solutions to our clients’ key business challenges through technology. I am passionate about talent management, people development and change management, and I thrive in fast moving environments. The client culture, team spirit, value creation and a taste for challenge have all been strong levers for my career, and I find that every day at Capgemini. I am proud to be part of a Group that is not only client centric, but has Diversity, Inclusion, and Employee Wellbeing and Experience as a top priority. On a more personal note, I am a mother of 4 boys, and I enjoy playing tennis every week.
