Making a difference has always been my motivation. I started my journey studying anthropology and I was always interested in technology. There could have been no better fit for what I do now because Human Resources is about people, culture, and behavior. I learned that creating consumable, memorable and innovative solutions are what really make a difference. And the best way to do that is by developing great teams. Building high performing, agile teams has become my passion at work. I value when a challenge presents itself and people come together as a team to find a solution- a magic moment. In those moments, the people in the room are all focused and something new emerges. The World Economy is at a point where we need to rethink the workplace and ensure we never leave the people behind.
