The company is led by **Edmund Buchbinder**, who serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Operations. In this role, he acts as the Managing Director for Operations (Geschäftsführer Operations) and also serves as the IT emergency manager for the entire DB Group. Reporting to the CEO are three primary functional areas: - **Finance:** This function is headed by **Cornelius Fischer**, who holds the title of Managing Director, Finance and Controlling.
