Served as Director and then VP Consumer Operations contributing to Google’s remarkable global growth in consumer products such as hardware, Play Store, Wallet, etc. Leading tech/general customer support for consumer products/new products’ introduction (10M+ interactions/year in 30+ languages), improved cost of support and all quality/care metrics. Google was rated top 5 in customer care by USA Today. While serving as Director, Customer Acquisitions, doubled annual run rate, stood up/scaled global revenue program & grew the strategy team. As SMB Revenue Director, built what is now Google’s largest Sales team. Earlier, held leadership roles at IndyMac Bank, Microsoft and McKinsey & Co.
