As the CTO of Experiences + Devices, I drive core architecture, platform, and engineering systems for product development of Microsoft flagship services and devices: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Windows and Windows 365, Surface, Teams, Office, mixed reality, and emerging technologies like Microsoft Loop, Clipchamp and Designer. I prioritize delivering on customers’ immediate needs, bringing market leading generative AI to more customers with Microsoft 365 Copilot and ensuring sustainable innovation well into the future.

Inventing new AI Products -- Set AI product strategy for productivity at Microsoft, an XXXB$ business. -- Birthed a reimagined Copilot App for work to answer questions, find what you need, create content, and tap into a team of specialist agents that work for you out of the box. -- Birthed a new AI first visual editor for work, combining the best of visual AI models and enterprise needs. Building AI-first Playbooks -- Invented the "model forward product making" playbook and launched the first reasoning agents Researcher and Analyst. -- Created "Frontier", an experimental AI Labs program to build and showcase cutting edge products and models and put in the hands of our early adopter enterprise customers. Leading and Transforming Organization -- Coaching and transforming the enterprise productivity organization with its decades of rich applications expertise and legacy to rapidly adopt a model forward mindset, one launch at a time.
