Data platforms reshaped what businesses could see. Machine learning changed what they could predict. Agentic AI is now changing what they can delegate. Each shift rewrites our playbook — and in the process creates an opportunity to learn new ways and new technology, unlearn old ones, and create value for our customers, users, and team members. At Info Edge India, we have built a scalable experience platform that serves multiple segments and verticals on a shared foundation, and creates personalized experiences across channels for our B2B customers and B2C users. With the current shift, we are defining an agentic AI platform strategy, the agentic product development lifecycle, voice AI infrastructure, and the engineering SDLC transformation that comes with it. The mission is to build agentic AI development platforms and enable agentic AI across the recruitment vertical. Before this, I spent over a decade at Adobe across enterprise services and SaaS platforms — leading ideation, design, architecture, delivery, and adoption cycles for industry-leading products including AEM and Adobe Analytics. I was part of the founding team that built the Adobe Marketing Cloud data platform — an enterprise data platform that blended transactional and behavioral data for real-time decisioning, personalization, and recommendation models at scale. I hold patents in data-driven user experience optimization. In the data platforms era, we saw that the platforms that actually mattered changed who got to ask questions and act on signals — and that shift was more organizational than technical. The agentic era is still being figured out. The interesting questions are not about better models but about where agents genuinely belong in real workflows, how they earn trust, and what they should and should not be allowed to do on their own. On the people side, I have built and led cross-geography engineering teams at Adobe and Info Edge. What I care about most is ownership culture, org design that holds up as complexity grows, and helping engineers adapt as the craft itself shifts — including how they work alongside AI, and how they leverage AI to build solutions that were not feasible earlier.
