My leadership philosophy centers around inspiring teams to embrace a shared vision for the future of ambulatory pharmacy practice and enabling them to achieve it. As VP, Chief Clinical Officer of Clinical Operations at Northwell’s Vivo Health Pharmacy, I empower teams to develop and implement programs that improve patient care. Our teams set out to solve complex challenges in healthcare, partnering with providers and care teams to develop comprehensive, patient-centered solutions. From my PharmD at Northeastern University and MBA at Hofstra University, to board certifications (BCACP, CSP) and Fellowship with ASHP, I have continually pursued opportunities to elevate the profession. My leadership within organizations like NYSCHSP and RCSHP (Past President) reflects this commitment. I'm passionate about specialty pharmacy, disease-state management, transitions of care, population health, quality improvement, and business development.
