Executive Overview
I started my Southwest journey back in 1988 working as a programmer in “Systems” – now called Technology. As I’ve moved through 15 different roles in the Company, I’ve been blessed to help us grow from a scrappy regional airline with 88 aircraft and 6,000 Employees to the largest domestic airline in the United States. It’s all because of the People of Southwest, so I’m not surprised, but it has been an amazing journey—then and now!
