I’m a strategically minded executive in the finance industry with over 15 years’ experience in senior roles, leading strategy, client relationships and teams across Institutional Banking. I'm passionate about the role ANZ and banking plays in helping build sustainable companies and communities. As Executive Director, Sustainable Finance, I’m delivering on ANZ's strategy and initiatives to help clients move to net-zero carbon to take full advantage of the transition while fulfilling board, investor and societal expectations. Our global team works closely with companies across Australia and our regions, to deliver market-leading solutions linking their sustainability goals to their funding. I’m proud that ANZ is leading corporate sustainability and our efforts were rewarded when ANZ was named #1 Market Leader in ESG/Sustainable Finance and #1 for ESG Insights and Advice in the Coalition Greenwich Voice of Client Australia Large Corporate & Institutional Relationship Banking Studies 2025. Prior as Director, Resources, Energy & Infrastructure in SA, I led the business for five years, was a member of the ANZ state leadership team and expanded our business by successfully servicing our clients, building new relationships and our brand. In other key roles at ANZ, I’m known for strong front line relationship skills along with compliance, analysis, risk management and marketing experience. Prior to joining ANZ in 2006, I was Credit Analyst at BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking in Melbourne, and as Corporate Analyst at Futuris Corporation (Elders) in Adelaide with focus on Agri-related business development opportunities. I have a Masters in Applied Finance and graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD ). I’m passionate about diversity and inclusion and an advocate for careers in finance. I’m a CEW Leaders Program alumni and am a former board member for an independent girls’ school based in Adelaide.
