The role is in charge of managing 3 plants in Brazil (Sao Bernardo, Juiz de Fora, and Campinas), which combined employ more than 8,000 people and have the capacity to produce over 60,000 trucks, and 80,000 engines and axle sets per year. The role is in charge of managing the whole operations, which consists of Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Supplier Development, and Continuous Improvement.
