Building cybersecurity programs that protect enterprises and let them grow — that's been my work for over two decades. As CISO at LTM, I lead cybersecurity strategy for a global IT services enterprise operating across 30+ countries. My remit spans security architecture, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, vendor and third-party risk, and the cyber defense systems that protect critical assets and client trust at scale. What I bring is the rarer combination: the discipline of an operating CISO and the commercial lens of someone who has built cyber service lines and P&Ls. I've stood up security functions from the ground up, scaled global cyber operations, and I now advise early-stage founders building the next generation of security and AI products. My current focus is the security frontier created by AI and Generative AI. Three areas I'm building points of view on: AI-native SOC — re-architecting security operations with AI and agentic systems at the core, not bolted on • Model risk and data leakage in regulated industries — how BFSI, healthcare, and other regulated enterprises adopt GenAI without creating new categories of breach, IP loss, or compliance exposure • Agentic AI security — securing autonomous AI agents that act on behalf of the enterprise: identity, authorization, blast radius, and accountability This is the conversation I believe every board needs to be having right now, and it's the work I want to lead next. I hold CISSP, CISA, and CRISC, with 20+ years across IT and information security leadership. My approach to security is to treat it as a growth enabler — risk-taking, managing uncertainty, and aligning the program with the business — not as a cost center. Beyond the day job, I speak globally on cybersecurity and AI risk, mentor emerging security leaders, and back early-stage cybersecurity founders as an advisor.
