Chuck Lasley

Chuck Lasley is the Senior Director of Technology for Dillard’s. With 33 years of IT and retail experience at Dillard’s, Chuck is responsible for overseeing the extensive portfolio of in-house created and 3rd party applications, hardware infrastructure, data, IT operations, network, support center, and information security. Additionally, Chuck is overseeing Dillard’s RFID and 2D barcode design and implementation efforts. He has been a member of Dillard’s Information Technology team since joining the company in 1992 as a programmer trainee. He has held numerous positions including programmer/analyst, team lead, application manager, and director. In addition to serving on the GS1 US Cross-Industry RFID Discussion Group and the 2D Barcode Work Group, Chuck has worked with the University of Arkansas and Auburn University’s RFID labs and has been a guest lecturer at Mississippi State University. He has been a formal presenter or panel member at many distinguished events including the Fast Company Innovation Festival, GS1 US Connect, National Retail Federation Big Show, International RFID Congress, EuroShop, and RFID Journal Live! Chuck graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Business.
