David Funck

As a long-term technology executive – who has developed/delivered innovative technology products, spearheaded mergers and acquisitions, and closed large customer contracts – my success is rooted in working effectively both within and outside of organizations. First, I am a strong technical leader who has inspired large teams to achieve breakthrough performance and accomplish what they once thought was impossible. I leverage big-picture architecture expertise, experience deploying across all three leading hyperscalers, and the ability to navigate complex development processes to tackle the most innovative, significant, and challenging projects. I am also deeply experienced with mergers and acquisitions – both on buy and integration sides. Whether it was representing product development/technology to private equity and strategic buyers, leading M&A committees, or sourcing/integrating tuck-in acquisitions to fill-out product portfolios – I am skilled at strategic, financial, and tactical levels. Externally, I enjoy being a thought leader in my industry and presenting to large groups as a keynote, customer conference speaker, panelist, or podcaster. I am energized being “out in front”, which is likely why I have always been an integral part of sales teams who have closed six, seven, and eight-figure SaaS deals.
