I am a Senior Finance leader with a proven track record of enabling growth and driving profitability across Fortune 100 companies (PepsiCo, GE), hyper-growth tech start up (OYO) and global manufacturing company (EPL Limited). My experience in Strategy, FP&A, Controllership, M&A, Debt & Equity investor management, Compliance etc. has enabled me to deliver significant value as a finance business partner and executive team member. In my current role as Global CFO of EPL Limited, I am responsible for driving growth and profitability across diverse markets. Prior to EPL, I worked as CFO of OYO vacation homes, one of the largest Vacation Rental businesses in Europe. In this role, I was able to improve the business profitability, drive productivity, lead successful M&As, deliver synergies in post-acquisition integrations, manage investors and improve legal and compliance framework of this $500Mn topline business. I led a large geographically spread out team of senior finance professionals who made OYO’s European acquisition a real success. Before OYO, I have extensive experience in FMCG and Financial Services industries across multiple finance roles helping me gain deep P&L understanding in large, complex, multi-brand, manufacturing and distribution led businesses. I have successfully led finance org restructuring, large business model changes, cross functional projects driving significant P&L productivity and working capital improvement through process interventions and automation. As a trusted business partner, I collaborate with CEO's and executive teams to solve business problems and implement rapid, high-growth strategies. I leverage data-driven insights to achieve and exceed business objectives.
