Over a rapidly progressive career with global organizations, gained rich experience in setting up, expanding, running and transforming multi functional GICs & delivery platforms generating impact at scale, and aligning actions with strategic goals. I also had a stint as an entrepreneur for few years in the consulting and technology space. My assignments have been quite diverse, cutting across multiple disciplines such Finance, HR, Supply chain, IT Support, BFSI operations, Six Sigma, Consulting etc and also several Industry segments such as Manufacturing, Capital Goods, Infrastructure, Heavy Engineering, Financial Services, BPO and Consulting. Through these assignments I have learnt to manage complexity at global scale by leading large multi-locational and multi-cultural teams. I have successfully set up, scaled and transformed several nearshore and offshore GIC/GBS centers in India, Asia Pacific & EMEA to deliver a wide range of services to customers in 30+ Countries. My strategic orientation has helped me to think beyond boundaries and contributing to the overall success of the organization. I have given a lot of attention to governance, ethical business practices, compliance and achievement of business objectives through innovation and consistent persuasion of goals.
