Lead global IT, digital transformation, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms and data/AI strategy for a $14B multinational technology distribution enterprise operating across India, Middle East, Turkey, Singapore and Africa, partnering with global OEM leaders including Microsoft, Oracle, Dell, HP and Apple. • Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation: Modernizing enterprise technology landscape across global operations. • Capability Center Development: Establishing a Global Capability Center with an initial team of 30–35 specialists and roadmap to scale to ~200 professionals supporting enterprise technology and digital initiatives. • Global IT Organization Leadership: Leading a global technology organization of 150+ internal professionals and ~40 partner resources, with 4 Vice Presidents overseeing applications, infrastructure & networking, cybersecurity & analytics/AI functions. • Global ERP Transformation: Leading enterprise-wide implementation of SAP, S/4HANA on RISE, replacing legacy systems & standardizing processes across international markets; ensuring zero downtime in a high-volume transaction environment. • Enterprise Architecture & Systems Integration: Designing hybrid enterprise architecture integrating SAP with Oracle-based logistics platforms and deploying MuleSoft to integrate OEM partner portals with internal enterprise systems. • Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI Capability: Building enterprise analytics and AI organization with ~20 data scientists and analysts, delivering AI-driven business use cases and strengthening enterprise data governance. • Cybersecurity & Compliance Governance: Establishing centralized cybersecurity framework achieving ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & strengthening regulatory compliance including emerging data protection regulations. • Global Technology Governance & Operations: Directing global IT governance and technology policies across international
