Virtusa is a global product and platform engineering services company. Nitesh Banga serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Virtusa. The organizational structure under the CEO includes several key functions. Leading the Human Resources function is Lori Mullane, who holds the title of Chief People Officer. The Information Technology function is headed by Ramaswamy P V, the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer. Within this IT function, Vikram Dhanda serves as the Chief Information Security Officer, leading the Information Security sub-function. Brian Jochum is the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer for the Marketing function. The Finance function is led by Amit Bajoria, who serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer.
