Lori Mullane

Lori Mullane is the Chief People Officer at Virtusa where she leads the company's talent strategy and execution. Her primary focus is developing innovative talent solutions, which help to improve the employee experience and drive superior client satisfaction. In her role, she oversees all aspects of HR which support Virtusa's growth and success in an evolving and competitive IT landscape. Lori has predominantly focused her work in the Consulting and IT Services space, providing talent solutions to companies delivering services to the Global 1000. This includes industry segments such as: Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Energy, Retail and Banking. Before Virtusa, Lori was a Principal at KPMG, LLP in the Human Capital Advisory practice and also led HR for the KPMG US Advisory practice. Prior to KPMG, Lori was the Senior Vice President and HR leader for Americas and Global Corporate functions at Cognizant, where she developed and implemented best in class Human Resources and talent strategies to Cognizant’s largest market, $13B, and a workforce of over 45,000 associates. Prior to joining Cognizant, Lori was VP, HR at Unisys Corporation, working with various segments of the business through her tenure, including the Global Operations team where she helped to mature the talent practices for emerging markets in Hungary, China and India. She also played a lead role in standing up and implementing a transformational, global HR Service Delivery model, which drove efficiency and 20% cost savings, better aligning activities to capabilities. Before Unisys, Lori was an HR leader with KPMG Consulting, which then became BearingPoint upon IPO, helping the organization navigate the change from a partnership to a public company.
