Restored a $2.5B Philips medical-device acquisition to 50% higher output within 6 months after attrition gutted the technical team. Rescued a near-failed IAM/GDPR program and turned it into a Group CIO mandate for every business unit. Scaled a GCC organization from 200 to 600+ people, cut unit IT costs by 50%, and led 350+ colleagues through Agile transformation across 17 product teams.
