Chief - Technology and Health (Underwriting and Claims) for ICICI Lombard

• Responsible for leading Global Privacy, Cyber Security Operations, Risk Management function • Present security updates in Board, Risk Management Committee, IT Strategy Committee and Information Security Committee • Develop strategy & roadmap to strengthen security posture and manage the security budget to meet the business objectives • Responsible for heading security and privacy initiatives in “International Financial Service Centre Insurance Office” (IIO business) and DPDPA for India operations • Develop & publish dashboard to measure security posture based on security metrics • Led Table-top and simulation exercises for Board and Sr. Management • Govern and perform Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) • Implement and manage requirements of ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 certifications and regulatory security frameworks mandated by IRDAI, NCIIPC, Cert-In, SEBI, RBI in India, GDPR in Europe and UK • Ensure governance and compliance of Infosec Operations, Cloud Security, Application & Infrastructure Security • Establish & implement cyber crisis management strategy & plan • Ensure compliance with organization IT policy, audit & regulatory requirements • Develop & operate a 24x7 security incident management and emergency response team • Vendor risk management with a focus on building and monitoring secure partner ecosystem • Liaison and Coordination with Regulator
