I'm firmly convinced that being good auditor ask for a natural attitude, passion for human side of work, respect for each person and professional skill. Auditing means being devoted to improve the business control and governance by exploiting each and every positive effort provided by employees. My experience: Graduated in Banking Financing and Insurance Science at Catholic University of Milan, started his job career as consultant in IS audit matters. Then, he joined the Woolwich Bank Internal Audit function and later enrolled by Marconi Group as PMO for information security projects. Since 2002 employed at Unicredit Group Holding Company within the IS audit team. In 2008 becomes Executive and responsible of ICT Processes Audit at Group level, coordinating the several local functions of the competence line across the Group. From March 2013 is also responsible of Internal Audit activities of UBIS ScpA (ICT, Back office, Procurement, Real Estate). On July 2017 called to lead the Audit function of new ICBPI Group within a completely renewed management team. CISA since 1999, teacher and reviewer of ISACA since 2001. Has been a member of ISACA Milan Chapter board from 2001 to 2006. Specialties: Managing complex scenarios of Audit activities cross-country; Direct relationship with European Banking Supervisor authorities, Bank of Italy and several European regulators; Direct exposure and regular reporting to Board of Directors Members, Risk Committes, Executive Commitee, as well as Board of Statutory Auditors, Organismo di Vigilanza and Legal Entities top management and CEOs in several Legal Entities across Europe; Group-wide perspective Audits engagements, with special focus on improving effective controls on ICT and business processes; Start-up and management Audit Function; Management of cross countries relationship with relevant Stakeholders; International attitude, open mindset and able to work in a multicultural environment.
