At Tapestry, our team has revolutionized the integration of Big Data, Machine Learning, and AI into our core business strategy, significantly enhancing both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, resulting in a sizable impact on top and bottom-line revenue. My leadership in this transformative journey draws upon my expertise in cloud technology, data science, data engineering, and analytics, honed through over a decade of directing high-impact initiatives that drive profitable growth and innovation across diverse industries. As part of this effort, I spearheaded the development of the end-to-end technology framework to support databases and data integration and exchange at scale in the enterprise. This technology framework and processes are SOC 2 compliant, enabling intelligent automation and services across the value chain, including supply planning, inventory management & allocation, and loyalty programs, among others. The mission at the heart of our work is to leverage advanced analytics to not only optimize processes but also to elevate the consumer experience to new heights. The successes we've achieved at Tapestry, alongside my prior achievements at IBM, Paramount, and American Express, underscore my commitment to harnessing the power of data to inform decision-making and generate tangible business results.
