"If the path before you is clear, you’re probably on someone else’s." Joseph Campbell This quote illustrates my passion for exploring uncharted territories and blazing new paths. I thrive in organizations that value the same and around people who are comfortable with ambiguity and disruption and are willing to take risks, fail into success, focus on outcomes over process, experiment with solutions rather than complain about problems, care about the greater good over individual gain, and try bold, unconventional, and crazy ideas. I am clear about my purpose: to close the gaps in outcomes, ambitions, and skills for learners and workers regardless of background or social capital. I believe that the best way to achieve this is to ensure that access to transformative experiences, meaningful connections, and resources does not require luck, personal networks, or navigational skills. Higher education is one example of the many sectors that can and should do better by realigning systems and resources for more equitable outcomes for all. As an executive in higher education and talent development, I had the privilege to lead and transform organizations using innovations in technology, experiential learning, design thinking, and community engagement. I have approached my leadership and board roles with a passion for closing the gaps between the haves and have-nots. Nothing and no one is more important to me than a human being searching for knowledge, connection, and meaning. Every person and organization is capable of success and deserves access to opportunity, regardless of limitations. I love the work I do and the people in my life. My advice to you: make good decisions; make audacious moves! I'm on LinkedIn, X, & YouTube
