Gilles is driving a transformative journey in VINCI Construction. By unifying our 1,300 decentralized units with a common language and advanced digital tools, he enhances visibility and thus performance across the board. After twenty years of experience delivering impactful projects in France, the UK, and Greece, he led VINCI’s international construction businesses across Europe, Africa, and the French Overseas territories, expanding its footprint with the acquisition and integration of profitable and dynamic businesses in Australia and New Zealand. He then led the new UK division, merging VINCI plc and Eurovia UK. Gilles' expertise lies in negotiation, management, and international development. Following the merger between VINCI Construction and Eurovia, his focus is on developing the tools to support our decentralized model, implement our common language, and enhance the visibility of each business unit’s performance. This empowers managers to control costs, manage resources effectively, and measure their own performance.
