Jacques Rikhotso

I have recently been been appointed to serve as Manufacturing Director as a promotion from the Regional director role looking after Nampak Liquids Inland (Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo,NW and Botswana) region. My current role involves providing leadership to all 14 Liquid Manufacturing plants across the country, focusing on operational excellence, developing leaders and driving liquid's implementation of Nampak's strategic goals. I consider my previous experience as Regional Director and service at PPC lime as a divisional board member (PPC Lime), where I practiced both strategy formulation and execution in a commercial environment as an advantage. Presently I'm able to bring together the years of experience drawn out of 8 years technical experience from operating and managing pyrometallurgical plants (Ferochrome and FerroVanadium) and the 9 years in a commercial sales and marketing environment. I serve in this role with a lot of excitement and am glad to see that transferring to the leadership that I serve with.
