Jake Perlman

Jake leads the technology modernization and digital engagement efforts behind the experiences Spectrum customers and employees rely on every day. As Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Information Officer, Jake oversees Spectrums technology strategy and innovation, cybersecurity, IT, software development and network technology services. His organization focuses on integrating Spectrums software, engineering and technology operations so the Company can efficiently deliver industry-leading products and services to customers. Jakes teams also apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance the customer experience, streamline operations and improve execution, and have modernized Company infrastructure through dozens of targeted transformations. Jake joined Spectrum following the Companys 2016 transactions with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks, where he was Chief Information Officer, and held roles including Senior Vice President before being named to his current position in 2025.
