Lead a nationwide business with over 3,000 employees across 41 states, as Chief architect of Spectrum Reach's business strategy and oversee the day-to day operations for all aspects of media sales for Charter's cable systems, regional news and sports networks and all digital assets. Additionally responsible for implementation of data monetization/licensing/usage and M&A activity in the ad tech space. ▪ Forged the design and execution of the company’s overall business strategy, spurring significant growth and fostering innovation within the media and advertising sectors, consistently leading the industry with Q/Q and Y/Y growth percentages. ▪ Led high-impact strategic initiatives that enhanced performance, elevated competitive positioning, and achieved key business objectives in a rapidly evolving industry, including becoming the first MVPD to secure reseller rights across all Charter markets with Amazon, allowing the packaging of Prime Video with existing streaming inventory. ▪ Pioneered the revolution in data monetization, licensing, and usage, spearheading assorted M&A efforts within the Ad Tech space, catalyzing transformative outcomes, and positioning the company at the forefront of industry innovation. ▪ Converted ad tech infrastructure (e.g., traffic, billing, etc.) to accommodate impressions and CPMs vs. traditional media’s Gross Rating Points and Cost-Per-Points. ▪ Made investments through M&A for businesses strategic to our media business, such as Comscore for impression measurement, BlockGraph for customer identity, and 605 for linear TV optimization.
