Executive Overview

I run product for Best Buy's digital commerce experiences: homepage through checkout, search, PDPs, pricing and deals, payments, the mobile apps, and the agentic commerce work reshaping how customers find and buy technology. My teams operate in partnership with Design and Engineering. My career started as a Blue Shirt at Best Buy stores 413 and 225, then moved through Amazon (Sports and Outdoors vendor management), eBay (seven years across vertical strategy, SEO, and the View Item experience), Nike (a $1.5B digital marketing transformation, plus personalization and experimentation), and Coursera (product leadership across a 150M+ learner platform). Coming back to Best Buy as VP in 2025 was a full-circle decision, and the problems in front of us, particularly around how AI is reshaping both retail and product management itself, are the most interesting I've had a shot at. Separately, I'm the founder of TriFlow.ai, an adaptive product development platform focused on the gap between what PMs spec and what actually ships. I write about agentic commerce, build vs buy in an era of collapsing build costs, web performance as a P&L lever, and where product management goes when the constraint shifts from execution to judgment. I keep my hands on the keyboard (Cloudflare Workers, Obsidian plugins, a home lab), which keeps technical conversations honest.
