I build the capabilities, operating models and governance that help complex technology organizations work better.Throughout my career, I’ve stepped into environments where the path forward wasn’t always clearly defined—then helped turn ambiguity into structure, strategy and measurable execution. My experience spans enterprise technology operations, product management, IT asset management, knowledge management, PMO governance, agile transformation and organizational change.Today, I lead IT Asset and Knowledge Management within a large, complex healthcare technology environment, with a focus on building sustainable practices that improve operational effectiveness, strengthen governance, reduce risk and create better experiences for the people who rely on technology. My leadership experience includes:• Building and evolving enterprise governance and operating models• Leading technology and organizational transformations• Developing product and platform strategies around customer needs• Establishing metrics and management systems that turn data into decisions• Improving technology asset lifecycle visibility, governance and accountability• Building knowledge practices that support operational resilience and AI readiness• Helping teams adopt new ways of working through organizational change• Leading cross-functional teams and initiatives across complex technology environmentsEarlier in my career, I led infrastructure product management, PMO governance, enterprise operations and agile transformation. I created an agile coaching capability for a 700-person infrastructure organization, led governance for an enterprise portfolio delivering more than 600 projects annually, and helped establish operating models, training capabilities and technology strategies across large organizations. What connects all of it is simple: I like solving the problems that sit between strategy and execution.I’m at my best when the organization needs someone to bring people, process, technology and change together—and turn a complicated problem into a capability that can actually scale.Outside of work, I’m a traveler, runner, and enjoy catching up on my movie watching.
