Jim Apostolides

As the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operational Excellence for Baker Hughes, I am responsible for leading our global Supply Chain Centers of Excellence (COEs); Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ); and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) functions. I previously served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Excellence for Baker Hughes since 2020, leading the global Supply Chain COEs, Cash Operations, and Additive Manufacturing teams. In 2017, I was appointed VP of Materials Management, Logistics, and Cash Operations for the company. I began my career in 1999 with GE, where I held a number of leadership roles, including managerial positions in Shop Operations, Materials, Sourcing, and Fulfillment across multiple continents. In 2010 I was appointed plant manager for GE Power & Water’s Bangor, Maine plant. My passions include delivering operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, enhancing employee engagement, and advancing sustainability and innovation.
