Jim Voss

Jim Voss is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the industrial and chemical sectors. He currently serves on the Tenneco Board of Directors and holds several other prominent positions, including Chairman of the Board for Germany-based Vacuumschmelze and board member for both ABC Technologies in Canada and Kem One in France. Since 2012, Jim has been a key player at Apollo Global Management, taking on roles as Operating Advisor and Portfolio CEO, and most recently, President and CEO of Vectra, a leading technology-based industrial growth company. Jim holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology from Maryville University and a Master of Sciences in organizational development from Webster University. Outside of work, Jim is a devoted family man who enjoys an active lifestyle, spending his free time biking, hiking, and kayaking.
