I am honored to serve as Executive Chair of Qualtrics, the leader in experience management. I also serve as Chair at Unity Technologies, the leading technology company for real-time 3D in gaming and beyond. I also serve as Senior Partner at Silver Lake, where I help portfolio companies grow faster to reach their full potential.I am passionate about our environment. I am proud to serve on the board of CO2 AI, a solution empowering sustainability transformation by helping organizations measure their impact and reduce their carbon footprint. I also serve as a Director of The Conservation Fund, the leading land conservation organization in the United States.Prior to my current roles, I was with IBM and Red Hat. I joined IBM as President through the acquisition of Red Hat, the world's leading provider of open source software solutions. For the past 25+ years, Red Hat’s open source software development model has produced high-performing, cost-effective solutions for the enterprise.Before Red Hat, I spent six years at Delta Air Lines driving international expansion and as chief operating officer, overseeing all aspects of airline operations from sales to strategy. At The Boston Consulting Group, I held several corporate development leadership roles, working in the Chicago, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, and as a partner in the Atlanta office with clients across a wide range of industries.I have a bachelor's degree in economics and computer science from Rice University, and a General Course degree from the London School of Economics. I received my MBA from Harvard in 1994.
